I'm working on some 11th inning conquest missions and was wondering the Pete Alonso and Vlad Jr HR Derby cards are considered All Star cards? Thx

Yes they are. If you go into "Collections" tab then to "Legends & Flashbacks" tab & finally to the "All Stars" tab where is how you actually lock in "All Star Cards" in exchange for rewards. you will see both the cards you mentioned as well EVERY card in MLBTS-19 that is considered as an "All Star Card"
