Been playing the game for a while and I am grinding my way to 300 points for the inning to nab one of the bosses. I do the daily rewards (8 innings with Rays pitchers, exchange LFs,, etc.) and play Conquest to get points. I notice that doing moments doesn’t add to your point total. So I am wondering if someone can list all the different ways you can get inning points. Wanna make sure I am doing all I can.

    Thanks much.

You can get them playing conquest too. You get 1 point for a little over 2k exp.

Also make sure you are checking out the missions. 9 Ks with Hal in this event gets you 15 or 20 (also helps out the Lester missions). There's collections worth going for too.

Playing events is a great way to grind them tho.

Anyone else have to look up lttp? I was curious if the op was going to link mlb to zelda: link to the past.

Also, do you know about showdown and the inning player cards and the other inning specific challenges? If you click on the actual inning program there’s a list of all the different ways to get bulk points beyond the points earned in game.

You only get points in showdown if you complete the entire showdown, correct?

I'm in a similar situation - new to the game (3 weeks in), and trying to catch up. I'm almost exclusively offline for now as I try to get better. I do the daily's, all the conquest, the showdown (got it a couple of days ago), and work on the 7th inning player challenges (2 of them now).

Constantly walk players on Legend difficulty play now with 2 controllers, total grind and sucks big time but a surprising amount of points. Main account as the batter.

Also, Jackie Robinson mission at Forbes (hit 1 hr vs PIT). Just stand and take pitches. It's a great way to grind exp when you can't play, this 1 especially because the pitcher isn't pulled and you get walked a ton.

I do this while working from home. Turn off walk up camera and make sure quick pitching is on. When I see the failed screen out the corner of my eye, I tap X 2x to replay.

I've hit max ps in all but the 1st inning doing this combined with actually playing when life allows.
