Why is LS Posey not a Free Agent?

The LS cards of other opted out players are in the Free Agent pool (Cespedes etc), but Buster Posey is still on the Giants for some reason. It feels like an oversight, but maybe they have an actual reason?

There are a few they are off on. Trey Mancini is still on the Orioles even though he’s out this year with cancer. Tom Murphy has been out for the season since training camp for the Mariners and is still on theirs as well.

It would have been weird, but Sale will not pitch this season. A diamond free agent would probably not be a happy pull for anyone. Just weird how they are picking and choosing which players out for the year are pulled off the team.

What’s happened to Tommy Kahnle and Roberto Osuna? Did they opt out or injured? Both in Free Agents group in game.

Yeah it’s weird how they choose, kahnle , osuna and others moved right over but sale , Stanton and many others still on active rosters.

Not sure about Osuna but Kahnle is done for the year with Tommy John I believe.
