I thought it was common knowledge by now that "15"s mean literally nothing in terms of PCI placement or timing.

I guess it has come to that? Placebo effect?

Just gave up a homer on late/okay on a slider low and inside...

    Impressive!

Played a friendly with the best player in the world, CF008897, known as Notorious on twitter and twitch. We had a combined 20 15 outs. Game is just so inconsistent because he can put up 20 runs in 2 innings vs a top player (literally) and then score 4 runs in a full nine innings because of how inconsistent the game is. I’d love to see what some of these insanely good players like Notorious could do on a game that consistently rewards good input. Hopefully 20 is that game

They don’t represent timing but they do represent perfect pci placement. Never heard anyone say they represent nothing in terms of placement or timing that’s a dumb take. It’s 100% placement based

Would you know where it has been explicitly stated that a 15 hitchance equals perfect PCI placement because I can't find this info anywhere.

Personally, I've always been confused by the numbers used. Like does 15 represent 100%?

Are you saying if you get a "squared up" result that isn't perfect PCI placement, it won't show up as a 15? Because I'm pretty sure I've seen otherwise.

PCI and timing by themselves seem to work fine. When it comes 'hitchance', I'm pretty sure it also takes the dice roll into the equation, which results in some of the nonsensical 15s.

Yes that is what I’m saying. Usually if the pci isn’t on it pretty much perfectly, it will be a 14. I look almost every single game. Ik how the system works
