That to me sounds like bad pack luck if you ask me. There are a bunch of other diamonds I would rather have than him. Unless he has made some drastic improvement on the market since his upgrade. And when I say drastic improvement I’m talking like 20-30k improvement

That's bad luck... So last night I opened all my Ruth and some rewards from the 6th inning. 4 diamond players (including Max) and a diamond bat in 42 packs!
On the flip side of my opening, 5 headliners (all silver), 7 biah (8 golds) and dotp elite (low pull)
