How does one exchange fielding gloves?

Can't figure out how to do this mission.. please explain.

First you need some extra fielding gloves that aren’t equipped. I think you need 500 points worth, which is either 3 silver-rarity gloves (200 pts each) or 1 gold glove (500 points). Click on the mission, select your gloves to trade in, hit Select.

You have to exchange gloves, if you don't have any you'll have to buy them in the marketplace and exchange them. I played the game for a month before I learned how to exchange anything. If you bought any packs, you might have some in your inventory already.
