I was pumped as balls to get Rogers Hornsby last year and started 0-22. Then I finally figured him out and he turned out to be one of my best hitters for the entire game cycle.
I’d put him away for a while and then come back to him in a week or so. Or, just go to custom practice and load whatever team he’s on (probably the “old farts” or whatever they call themselves) and get used to his swing.

I figured as such but felt like 0-32 would be impossible with 99 EM

I've bought 3 players this season doing that. You are in the motion of completing a buy order,then whoops you hit the button too fast.
I have trout,ripken,and feller because of that. -
I’m not doing too well with mantle so far. Yeah yeah I know everyone is a beast on all star. I’m just having issues getting used to his swing for some reason. Or I get too impatient with him and swing at everything
