Obviously my time is running out. How many games do you typically need to win in the 800s to hit 900?

Depends. How good are you? How many games are you willing to play? 4 wins in a row should get you there. 5 max. So you basically need to get to 4 or 5 games over .500 from here on out, however long that takes you. I usually find competition easier this late in the season. You definitely have time.
