I might post something, see another post, and want to reply. BUT NO! I have to wait a WHOLE minute to post! I think that this should be reduced, if not removed. Thoughts?

I think it's one of the good things on this site. Without it people would be spamming even more then right now, you would for instance have 6 different threads from the same person at once (not that it doesn't happen anyway but you get my point). I think even a minute is too short actually.
