Glitch alert? Larry Walker, runner in motion
-
Yesterday, 3-2 count, 2 outs, I PH Walker for my pitcher, put the runner in motion... bomb to left center.
Today, my opponent, full count 2 outs, outs runner in motion... bomb to left center.
Moral of the story, if you have a full count with 2 outs, make sure you have Walker on your bench to PH and send your runner.
...or am I grasping for straws here?

May just be a coincidence with Walker, but I’ve noticed in some situations where sending the runner and decent contact is a homerun. But I wanna see it’s generally in 2 out situations.

I'll be back to this thread when I send a runner in a key situation and then smoke the ball to 2B or right to an OF. Last night I sent a guy to 2B only for the SS covering to be put in perfect position to catch my line drive up the middle lol.

From my experience when you send a runner(regardless if its 3-2 with 2 outs), the pitcher is more likely to miss their spot on the Meter/Analog interface and hang one. Some players don’t pay any attention to the situation and focus their attention on the baserunner instead of the batter
