For anyone who has used Signature Maddux on HOF or higher for a decent sample size, how has he been? Worth picking up?

This review could be said for any of my pitchers, but it applies:

Playing against him? He's amazing.
Using him to pitch? He sucks.

For real though...he's OK so far for me, but it seems like people figure him out / catch up to him after about 3-4 innings. The problem for me is that he really doesn't have anything with any velocity behind it.
