I have two of the covers for the Trout collection! Where do I get the 3rd?

get them on the XP reward path in packs - don't think you can buy off the market sadly. just got to keep grinding XP!

There are 2 in the XP path and you got one as part of the loyalty rewards. So if you played any of MLB 17,18, or 19 you got a choice pack for 1 of the cover guys. This is why they only required 2 but had a reward for 3 as an extra reward for those players that have played previous games
