Will the Top 100 Prospects be in the minor league rosters? Or each teams Top 10 Prospects?

They said there would be full minor league rosters for the first time ever. My guess is that prospects on AA or AAA teams will be in the game and potentially class-A. So if I'm interpreting that correctly, yes, top 100 prospects will be on in-game rosters. Awesome addition and probably long overdue.
