Quick question
-
This is my first year doing DD. I see that now that the real season has started that they are boosting or negating players stats. For example my Francisco Lindor went from 87 to 88 over night. I’m guessing because the real season has started. But my question is what do the 5 stars mean? Also do players overall change daily or weekly. Thanks in advance for any replies. Like I said I’m new to this so I was just curious what was going on.

I just asked this question on here! I was told it’s inside edge and it changes daily depending on that players stats against the pitcher he will face that day

Okay. That’s crazy that every day they change. But just like real baseball everybody isn’t going to play everybody the same. So as for the stars do they mean anything or represent anything?

I have no clue I was wondering about the stars also. It seems I only know a little more than you. Sorry lol.

Live series players get a boost or stay the same based on who they are playing and their history against the pitcher they are facing

More stars equals a better matchup and better boost. it's a temporary adjustment and changes day to day.
Roster updates are permanent changes to the player and in a normal year would start about 6 weeks into the season and be every two weeks.
This year they will start at end of first week and be weekly updates. -
