New forum design

Why can you not see when someone posted it or who posted it? Now you can't tell if it is @samguenther1987 or me. Also, What is the point of the Dev Tracker?
I think it looks cool, but don't know what the point is.

Look on the top of the screen. Under the Black background white text "Community Forum" it says Dev Tracker
Edit: It is just whenever a dev posts

Was doing that for me this morning,but now it is back to the way it was
