Conquest reliever tired notification

When I play conquest and warmup a reliever and bring him in I get a relievers tired notification right away regardless if the reliever was completely ready or not completely ready does anybody have a solution to that dilemma.

It's just because you're playing a 3 inning game and so you can't use 1 guy out of the pen for like 2+ innings without him getting tired. It's a balancing thing. No solution possible, that's just how it is.
