I would love to keep him, but that amount of stubs... I could also get him later when it goes down.
Stubs are easy to get in this game especially in TA and if you flip cards. This is a good time to be flipping cards. I say keep.

Would your opinions change if I got 99 Kluber? I am 3 XP from getting him. (I got Hal the 1st time around)Even with Kluber, I'd keep Wood.
