An appreciation post

I feel like we don’t see a whole lot of these. Now before I get flamed by some of you guys who just want to hate on this game and focus on the negativity, let me be clear. By no means am I defending some of the poor gameplay issues that have been talked about every day on this form. The point of this post is to focus on the positivity of this game.
With that being said I can’t tell you how happy I am that this game is not a game that is hampered by a pay wall and micro transactions. I’ve just been watching trailers for NBA 2k and Madden and they are filled with a ton of backlash for micro transactions and cards being hidden behind a pay wall. And I am so glad that SDS has stayed true to their community and makes a ton of top tier players affordable. In 18 we got a game that was plagued with extreme mind numbing grinding and immortals locked behind a pay wall where you would have to cough up a significant amount of stubs to get guys to even complete. And after hearing the backlash from the community they went back to their roots which I am extremely happy about. There’s really no point of this post other than to say thank you for not becoming one of those companies.
