Look I don't want to be this guy but you say pitches are so slow but you're batting .188... You say online play is so garbage and your record is 13-79, it's hard to take this rant seriously with that..

like I said I BARELY MAKE IT 2 INNINGS, so mr.common sense you should deduce that a ton of the losses are quits, i'm 43 it's my first year playing and I know compared to most of y'all I'm absolute garbage, my eyes still work so I could care less if you take my "rant" serious" or not I'm just making' a point. there is an obvious difference between online h2h and just playing the computer- even EA with all their garbage can at least make playing vs the computer and playing h2h feel the same.

look mate the other guys have said you are quitting early games, no regard for practicing, and you come on here asking us to give you sympathy for online play

H2H is a lot of fun clearly you are just new to the game or a defeatist quitting early bc you get mad

No game is ever truly over even down by 5 or more part of baseball is finding patterns in your opponents approach both at the plate and on the mound but some times that takes 4 or 5 innings to get a handle on.

Once you figure it out you will start to win but like hungry mention if you fell you are defeated in the first 2 innings then maybe your issue is not the game but the understanding of how baseball works and the mental aspect of it the exist in real life and this game

Agree to disagree. Whenecer the opposing team brings in Rob Dibble on HOG, game is over for me.

There's a difference between engaging in honest dialogue versus making a post to spout your point of view and just trash the game.

I'm cool if you want to trash the game but don't act like this is some type of actual dialogue.

Edit: not only are you trashing the game, you go on and trash people who enjoy the game. So yea that's not really a place where conversation can flourish.

Well I'm 65 and still work so I can't play as much as I would like. I play RS when I'm in the mood but mostly do missions and play events because they take less time. For years I hated playing Ranked because of the bunt cheesers, bunt dancers and guys that took every advantage of the game's glitches. I don't care anymore ( you get that attitude with age LOL) Win or lose I like the competition. I'm only 11-3 in H2H but I have a great team now and plan on playing a lot more now that my team is established. Just play to have fun. Most of us ill never make WS so really why care anyway.

I dont want to be "that guy" but none of us want to know about you creaming your jeans.

lol, may not have been that hype but man it was awesome- the original rbi baseball was cool in that it had actual players but you could literally turn a simple hit to the outfield into an inside the park homer because it would take so long for any thrown ball to make it to its destination, it was funny even then. the original "baseball" game by Nintendo was actually better, I played a Commodore 64 game that was better than the original rbi baseball. baseball stars was cool because you could create players, make teams and play a 6 team full season, it was fun- rbi baseball simulator 1000 was pretty cool too despite the corniness. ahhh, the memories.

I agree with this assessment. I always thought rbi baseball was a bit overrated. Original baseball was a gem and very challenging. Baseball Stars was king and really introduced so many elements like a season with stats, money, building teams, transactions, etc...

Baseball simulator was also good in that it had the seasons and a bunch of variety. Bases loaded provided graphics and decent enough gameplay.

I was more of a baseball stars fan myself. But RBI baseball on Sega was tons of fun.

To answer your question: i have fun playing online because i enjoy competition vs another human and playing vs the CPU is boring for me. Just don't take it so seriously and enjoy playing vs the CPU as it seems you do already.

I think most of yalls ability to comprehend English is extremely poor- I NEVER once said I quit because I feel DEFEATED I quit because h2h is such complete garbage why waste my time and im asking WHY DO YOU PLAY- h2h on this game is complete garbage, what brings you back- your ability to cheat or manipulate things others don't know, your ability to tolerate pitchers taking a nap between their wind up and the time they throw their pitch- tell me you so much more enlightened being than me why are you pandering to this b.s.??

It's difficult to take you serious with a screen name like that but again, they don't mind the bad online. It's also the only way to get a lot of these cards and complete certain missions.

If someone could tell me how it's possible to cheat i'd really appreciate it lol didn't know that was possible.

Also, if pitching is so slow why don't you hit better?
