I would even say based on the premise of your argument and the data seen here you should sell Ruth and Cobb, play josh bell at first and bellinger in the outfield

I wish they would make it possible to separate the player stats from H2Hv online and versus CPU.
Just don’t use players from your main roster against the cpu?

Happy HolidaysThat’s the play as much as you don’t want to hear it. Josh Bell is your best hitter clearly so he should be playing every game, Cobb doesn’t crack your top 3 in the outfield and Bellinger plays very good D in the outfield, so having Cobb out there starting is actually hindering you. To make room for Bellinger your second best hitter in the outfield you have to sell someone which should be Ruth and Cobb assuming you’ll keep Griffey out there along with Mays.

OK, I will take that into consideration. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing your stats.
Happy Holidays

I want to make this point very clear before you even waste the time responding in this thread. If you have an issue with me don’t respond here I am curious about something.
I would like to hear the OPS you have for your top 3 1B, OF and 3B.
I was surprised to see that my Mays, Cobb, Gehrig weren’t too 3 and other dudes like Ruth, Bell and Giambi were
Here are mine as it will give you an idea of how to respond1B Bellinger 1.211
Josh Bell 1.246
Jason Giambi .9613B Donaldson 1.101
Arenado 1.061
Bryant 1.143OF Ruth 1.001
Griffey 1.104
Harper 1.002Based on your stats, although sample sizes would be nice too.
1B Bell
3B Donaldson
OF would be Bryant in left, Junior in center and Cody in right. -

OF would be Bryant in left, Junior in center and Cody in right.I just used this team last night and they were scoring like crazy. I had some defensive concerns and it was clear that Bryant was benefitting from a small sample size.
The other thing I noticed when looking at OPS was that dudes who I thought I was hitting poorly with like Ted Williams BA .239 something had a relatively high OPS. 780. Started mixing him in and I am Batting .260 with him now.
Curious to see what the OPS of others is

I can’t really base it off their stats, because I use players online as well as conquest and offline occasionally to get next tier of team affinities. I go by more of recent production and defense. Also try to ensure lineup diversity, which is usually 2 switch hitters and 3 each of left/right.
Currently is:
1B Belli,
2B CAP Chase Utley, I cheated and made him a switch hitter
3B Chipper
SS Honus
C Realmuto
LF Griffey
CF Mays
RF Cargo excellent defensively for me and I like his swing.Lefty starter I can pinch hit for Cargo with Schmidt and then have a couple different ways I can go with the lineup.
