99 Walker

I’ve got around 75 AB with Walker and I’ve only got 6 hits with 1 HR. Thinking about selling while his price is high, but just wanted to see how others are with him. Should I ride it out or do you guys struggle with him too? I’m generally not great with players that have swings like his but I’ve been trying to make it work since his stats are insane. If I sold him, I’d pick up Pablo and move Sheffield to right. Thanks boys

I don’t think you’re going to hear what you’re hoping for. I find him near perfect and I see a lot of the same on here. But hey others still love Posey and he hit .100 lower than anyone I’ve used this year so it happens.

Everyone I watch play absolutely rakes with him, I’m not sure why I can’t get anything to drop for him. I tend to hit better with quick swings, so it may honestly just be an adjustment period for me. Took me a while to adjust to Sheffield as well

I just got to 60 ABs with Walker and I'm just now over a .250 average with him. With that being said, I'm getting more and more used to his swing with every AB, and I'm hitting tanks much more frequently. I honestly believe this is one of those players that you have to spend time to learn their swing, and once you do, it is beyond rewarding.

Dude is insane, 100,AB he’s over 375 for me with 12 bombs

I'm hitting about .460 with him and most these AB's are on HOF. I would say I'm a little over halfway to prestiging him. Well not with hits I probably have 40-45 hits.
Walker and George Brett are hands down my best hitters in the event

I have like 17 abs with 1 hit so I will sell him later on

He's hitting .450 in like 200 abs with a hr eber 5.5 abs. Monster

I'm selling him just because I like the options I already have in the outfield. I can sell him and get another bullpen arm, probably another starter, and finish off some exchanges for TA.

Everybody is different and have certain preferences but he’s been great for me and seems to be for most. Stick with him for a bit before you sell him still have another week left of the event and he shouldn’t drop too much anyways. Just keep working. He crushes high fastballs and he’s a fantastic opposite field gap hitter on away pitches for me.

Y’all crazy if you don’t stick it out with walker. He is the second best player in the game to Mantle. He is a card worthy of being the live series collection on his own.

I agree. My only complaint is that he plays slower than the 78 speed sometimes for me. But hard to complain really about him haga

Yes he is worthy. It’s a shame that the gateway to the collections is Mile Trout. I mean he is the best player in the MLB and they do him dirty with only a 95 and yet drop all of these players who have never played one MLB game that have better stats.

I assume this is in H2H? Pull up his card in Practuce mode with HOF difficulty and just practice his timing.

Yeah. I am an awful hitter online and I rake with Larry. He and Belli will never leave my main lineup.

If you wanted to sell him, now would be the time. His price has climbed. It may go back down after the next program comes out, after people buy him for the Program. But I don't know for sure.
Edit: He is an end game card though, so ... there is still that.
