So l have been rage quiting past few days my hit count went from 10 avg to 3 avg
Does anyone have any recommendations to help me calm down during gameplan and be productive at the plate

I hear ya man, this season i'm probably 500 - where my overall record is better than a 500 avg...
Take a break .. play 1 RS game a day - or only play a few... As everyone always says.. take more pitches etc.. change up your lineup? Not only have I been losing, i'm losing with multiple warning track good/goods... weird errors/ base running .. Hasn't been fun.

Bs errors are my biggest aggravator .
