Quick question. If I exchange 200% worth of
rival players towards the repeatable team affinity missions...will I get 20 TA pts? Or would I still only get the 10? Trying to save time and $$.

No you can only get 10 points at a time per TA exchange.

If you want to get more TA points at a time you could do MTO or showdown.
