OF reaction time

Does it seem like OF's get the worst jumps? Thought Springer (99) was bad with his 80's reaction so I got Eric Davis out there and still seems terrible. Every ball hit to the OF his move is either to freeze, or take a super slow step or 2 before getting on his horse.

I do feel it on a rare occasion, but mostly I feel like regardless of the jump my fielder gets the ball was either hit to a spot where it will land or hit in a spot to be caught... not really determined by the jump. Kind of based on animation more than anything.

It does seem the past few weeks like my OF are getting worse jumps.

They nerfed it forsure . Idc that it wasn’t in the “patch notes” . Anybody who plays a lot can see the difference. Much slower out there

My favorite is the ball hit in the gap that a speedy OF could get to at full speed and make a play, and for some reason the game will not let him go at full speed, so it’s a double/triple. Very odd... lol

This seems easier to do than actually fixing exit velos, so yeah I wouldn’t doubt they’ve nerfed OF reaction time.

Seems like reaction is super important this year. I almost feel like there is a threshold at 90 for every defensive stat, not just whether they are diamond or not.

Like there seems to be a noticeable difference between 89 and 90 arm strength, but I can’t confirm that. Just what my eyes tell me.
