Thinking about going for that Luis Garcia Nationals FS card but I’m noticing in edit player he looks exactly the same as Luis Garcia pitcher for Rangers? Can anyone confirm if this is a glitch?

That happens sometimes when a double name is in the game. Happened with Jose Martinez as well.
