SDS: lets come up with ideas for stage 3 moments.
Idiot: how about we make them hit a home run in one at-bat with Evan Longoria, who has 65 power against righties. We can have them go against Gerrit Cole in the 12th inning. Even though it shows he has 105 pitches we will give him full energy and confidence.
SDS: Sounds perfect!

Well in real life he did hit the homerun against the Yankees in that Wild Card Game and against a righty. Using Gerrit Cole might've been questionable but it's still reasonable

This is why I love stage 3 players being sellable. I never have to touch those moments if I don’t want to.
Buy the player and use him to unlock your own eventually. Then sell 1 of the 2.
