Which TA is better?
-
I want to start another TA from scratch. I need starting pitching. Do you guys think the Reds or the Braves are better. I’ve heard good things about Lodolo and I could sell Davis or possibly keep. The Braves have Wright who has mixed reviews and Smoltz who is missing the sinker and has 3 pitchers that break down. Thanks!

Davis and Smoltz are the only two Stage 3 guys I have so far, it just depends what you need. Both are great.

You're in luck, a top fifty player (who just won weekend league) dropped a video today ranking the top 5 to start from scratch.

So Smoltz is fine without the sinker or cutter? Is Davis worth keeping for you? They both seem good but I only want to grind out 1 and use my stubs for collections

Only pitched with Smoltz once and he seemed nasty, dude quit after 5 shutout innings. I'll always side with a hitter I get to use every game though, especially when it's someone from my favorite team. Eric Davis has crazy bat speed it seems like, and the vision doesn't really make much of a difference in my opinion.

What about Lodolo and Kyle Wright? Have you used them? If so who is better?

I never put Kyle Wright in my rotation, not big on the Future Stars cards. Lodolo is very good, and it's nice having a lefty or two in the rotation.

Maybe I should try the Reds since I already have 25 points from collections and innings. Lodolo is good for everyone and that Davis looks great as well but Votto is 🤮🤮🤮

Yeah Votto card sucks but they made up for it with the other two.

Lodolo could use a 5th pitch. However he does have the best 4 pitches.

Twins TA is pretty good along with the Reds. I’d have to say that all around the Reds is probably the best one as it offers two cards that can be mainstays in you lineup/rotation (Lodolo and Davis).

Yeah they look amazing but I need pitching. Braves have 2 pitchers but I’m not sure about Wright with the mixed reviews. Reds have Lodolo who is told to be amazing and Davis who looks great on paper and I like the silver card in BR.

So I’ve used the Wright, he’s not bad just not the greatest control (I use meter so that might be it) he’s a good piece though if you have limited options. I’m going to work I’m getting that Smoltz as it looks pretty good. But as far the TAs before this newest one go, lodolo is definitely the best option out of all of them.

I use pulse and I’m great with that. I always get a good release point so it might be different for us. I also have decent progress on the Reds so that will make me do that one. If I have time I could do the Braves as well

I am doing whichever is selling for the most. Hoping to eventually get them all done and sell them all. That should get me the whole LS series.
-
Wright is better in my opinion. I’ve used both Wright and Lodolo. They are both fun to pitch will, but I have my eyes set on Kerry wood, A.J burnet, Smoltz,
