TA 3 question

I’m currently camping for the week so I’m away from my PlayStation so forgive me if it’s an obvious question. But how many stars do you have to get for stage 3 of TA to get the new cards? Is it 180? Thanks!

Yes but TA3 is open all the way to 200. 190 is like 3500 stubs and 200 is a 5-pack BIAH.
