SP as RP: The Fix

SP should have RP as a Secondary Position like Position Players and they should have a ratings drop when used like this as well. Confidence should behave like an RP and not an SP.
Problem solved (and the sanctity of the game is restored).

Eh this is one of the fixes they actually got right. The stamina adjustment has definitely made a difference.

The ONLY fix that will work is to program it so that you either CANT select an SP from the bullpen screen or have it set that after a certain inning, say 4, you can select an SP. (Naturally this is for 9 inn games.)
Events and BR gamea should have this option (not allowing an SP to be selected) implemented from the start.
Also, get rid of allowing an RP/CP to start the game.

Starting pitchers shouldn't be able to be used after 5th inning. Unless gm goes into extras and all bullpen arms have been exhausted
