Is it still worth selling 5th inning bosses?

I’m only a few stars away from 300. Is it still worth it to sell 5th inning bosses? I know the boss prices tend to decline throughout the life of the inning program but with these all being 99s will they continue to decline more? I plan on using the Larry walker in right and moving shef to 3rd. Just trying to figure out if it’s still worth it to sell now and try to buy back later to make a profit ?

Sold my Ortiz for 200k bought sherzer to finish the LS will buy a boss back later, if at all, some stage 3 cards look comparable and will cost me zero stubs.

These will continue to drop every day till about 80k is my guess

Not entirely true. Time is money to me. I’d rather spend the stubs on exchanges then the time needed on MTO to do these. But kudos to you for having the time, patience and will power to do it. Which players that have been revealed are you going after?

I think so. Last inning they were 98’s and they’ve been as low as 50k. It’s pretty easy to get to 300 this innings

I think so. Last inning they were 98’s and they’ve been as low as 50k. It’s pretty easy to get to 300 this innings
I'm at 190 and anticipate getting to 300 in about a week or so. Really excited to use Ortiz but if I can make profit that's what I'll do. How long before they settle in usually? Two more weeks?

I’ve been using my boss, selling overnight , and buying back at night to use. Not the most efficient , but making a little daily.

If you’re willing to lose out on 10-15k, I’d do it, I’m debating getting Walker and Rivera right now since I have stubs to spend, get early work on prestiging them and also be able to use them to get World Series

Yeah but if they'll get down to 80k in two weeks it probably isn't worth it. If they won't get below 100k for a month then it's worth it though.

I’m comparing it to Alomar Rickey, Verlander, who were 90-100k as soon as they came out and stayed there

I sold Ortiz last night (with a buy now) for 133k and his buy now is up to 140k this morning... hopefully he goes down because I want him back!
