    I would say I am a 550-650 rating even though I am 13-4 in RS. (I have been working on other things but JUST got Mantle so Im going to start playing more pvp) I would like to join an All-Star difficulty league. I can play anytime so Im flexible.     I use PCI so please no directional leagues.
