Mine is Diamond Dynasty at 12d 5hrs 18min.

To many, way too many lol.
I do leave it up all the time even if I'm not playing, which skews it, but DD is at 27 days, 6 hours, 52 minutes.
Runner up Custom leagues at 8 hours 57 minutes. -

Runner up: franchise at 3 hours but I actually haven't touched franchise so wtf.

MTO actually counts as franchise I believe. At the end of a run you are given the option to continue in franchise mode with the team. According to my profile I've accumulated some franchise time too even though I haven't played that or retro mode, so I'm fairly confident it's MTO

133 hours in DD. 27 hours in franchise (march to October). 2 hours RTTS, 2 hours play now, 1 hour home run derby. About 2-3 hours a day. So 6 days in total
