Pitching in DD

It's probably just me, and I'm probably imagining things.

I swear it seems like here and there, I will throw a pitch down the middle, there's a slight pause, and the pitch slightly moves. Like it's teleporting.

It's not just you. Pitching is awful this year you try to dot the corners and bang it's down the middle for a huge homerun. Honestly that/fielding and baserunning this year need the most work.
