I just ran into a guy in the event who had every prestiged player, but not the stats required to have them prestiged. Example he had Todd and Didi but only a few XBH and stats. Can u do them offline?

No the majority of the grind for prestige is online. Events , ranked or br

The prestiged version of the card is a completely new card. So the stats start clear on a prestige card.
