Each level in prestige is 42,000 XP...the showdowns show how much XP you'll get.

I quit moments 1-3, 4-6, 7-9 and just do the mini bosses. Mb 1 or 2 quick moments if you feel like it. I average about 400+ XP per minute doing this. Can get 8,000+ XP after 2nd mini boss (20 minutes in). This would give you a level up (42,000 XP) about every 1 hr 45 min played of showdown.
