I try not to be a complainer with this game, but something happened this morning I just had to share.
I'm playing MTO with the Reds. A no-hitter opportunity comes up with Wade Miley. For those who haven't played MTO, player lock opportunities come along here and there, and you either succeed or fail them. And you either get a boost or not. Plus you gain or lose momentum based on the outcome. No hitters begin in the 7th.
So Miley strikes out the side in the 7th. But then the game decided to pinch hit for Miley in the bottom of the inning and I fail the mission!
In other words, they gave me a mission I could not possibly win. Then punished me with two ice balls of lost momentum.
As a bonus, the Dodgers scored 4 in the bottom of the ninth and I lose the game. Another ice ball.
So I strike out the only 3 batters I faced, and lose momentum big time.
Anyone else have something like this happen? -
That sucks.
Personally, haven't had that happen on a MTO run.
Might try posting this in the MTO space on the forum to see if you get a better response rate. If you haven't already.

Lol funny.....well it was september when I got that mission in a meaningless game so I intentionally lost the no hitter and lost the game ..holy [censored]...never again....so many icebergs....plus in another on I just had a one run lead and ended up giving a hr up to Rockies and got pinch hit and no gain there. I think your score must of been tied.
