How does this happen!!!???

It said that I had a network error, and kicked me out of a game, which made me lose that game. I checked my PS4, and it was getting 40MBPS! How does this happen!?

This has been happening to me all year. I can't make any progress in RS because of it.
I messaged SDS and they gave me some options to fix it. Nothing worked. Then I got ghosted by SDS.
Personally I feel there's something with the servers creating this problem. Not sure what the criteria is though. I have a theory it's an east coast thing. -
I was 6-0 in br and lost a game due to that. Say lost connection with opponent and I took the loss
