Foul balls are probably my #1 Gripe, followed by the difficulty of sac bunts that you mentioned
I swear there are times that i throw a 12-6 or change up and low as u can throw it, and he’ll do an awkward swing animation and somehow still foul tip it... there shouldn’t be so many 10+ pitch at bats

What triggers me is when you hit the ball to the right side of first base. The first baseman fields it and the pitcher would run to cover. How come a pitcher with 6 speed out runs a runner with 99 speed??? They need to make that a fix.

Bunting into a double play....like a lot.

tiny heads. giant heads. disproportionate body types. Player models not being updated, Almost every pitching motion, most batting stances, Commentary. Playoff presentation. Equipment options. Mostly stuff having to do with the art and look of the game. The inability to fully customize all players.
No face scan ability. Inablility to import/export any non CAP player. Franchise mode. The pitcher jumping and spinning every time they strike someone out. Limitations of Create a player.... Player face scans, motions or stances that get worse the following year -

I have very few complaints and also have loved playing 19 but what drives me crazy is when the ball hits the pitcher on a line drive and deflects away from play. By the time you recover the ball your opponent is on first. Happens to much to me.
This is something that was a major problem in 18 it actually has been fixed.
This is one of those things that you have to determine with your lineup. If you are seeing this happen more than most, see if having a pitcher with better fielding helps? might make a difference just a friendly suggestion.
I forgot how often that happened last year. I think it would be interesting to see if you could have injuries on for online games. I’m sure this is a minority opinion. But, I wouldn’t mind if players could get hurt getting hit by pitches, or sliding into first base or diving into a wall. They’d only be out for a game, but it would force you to have a more thought out bench. My guess is most everyone else would hate this though.
I would love to see injuries back in online play. 2010 or 2011 it was in the game don't remember the exact year but yeah you did have to decide your lineup more carefully.
But it could aslo be argued that they don't like it b/c there favorite players always gets hurt so not sure how it would work but if it was legit i would be down for it
Nope don’t want that, in 17 there was nothing like throwing the first pitch of the game only to have your pitcher tear his UCL and be out for the rest of the game, meaning you had to crush your bullpen for something out of your control.
I understand but what if it were your opponents pitcher would you feel bad for them and offer a friendly quit?
Or would you take advantage of the fact he didn't set his lineup with guys that had a higher health rating?
Again i don't disagree with your viewpoint but i think if managed correctly and done right it could be a good thing since everybody talks about wanting a realistic baseball sim.

No, higher health rating means nothing when it’s random chance that a guy will get hurt, any type of online competitive game mode should not have injuries involved, if you want injuries play offline franchise.

I am saying if it was implemented then have the health attribute mean something like K/9 and H/9 etc.... That is what i meant by my post.
But it could be created somewhat like the fielding. if 1rst baseman has 61 fielding vs 1rst baseman that has 78 fielding the one with 61 has higher chance of missing a grounder and so on.
So why couldn't health attribute of a pitcher be implemented the same way?
In theory of course, I don't have a clue what it would take from the programmers's standpoint.
The fielding is random as well is it not? The lower fielding the more apt they are to miss it?

A lot of your disdain comes from a place of not being able to compete and the disdain you seem to have for people that can, this game shouldn't be easy and for the last couple years it's been too rewarding.

A lot of your disdain comes from a place of not being able to compete and the disdain you seem to have for people that can, this game shouldn't be easy and for the last couple years it's been too rewarding.
Ok last thing i am going to say to you and then i am blocking you! First of all you don't know me!
And second of all for you to sit there and say i don't respect some of the Good players is literally you talking just to hear your head rattle.
So not only are you a science expert that is going to show me the science of a baseball, but you are also an expert at Psychology? As far as disdain towards players nah towards "you" Definitely.
If there was a category for arrogant pompous online players well buddy that is one leaderboard i could believe you made it too!
Have a nice day go blow smoke up someone else!

Except nobody wants this implemented in a competitive game mode, if this is what you want then play offline franchise
Oh but when referring to pitch speeds there arguement is that it wasn't realistic! So injuries are not realistic? Gimme a break and stop acting like you are the spokesperson for every online player.
Slow pitch speeds aren't realistic though, hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in sports, it shouldn't be easy, I speak for nobody but myself, I know that my opinion is shared by a lot of higher level players but I only speak for myself.

I’m definitely not a science expert, that’s why I said I would link a sports science video because they are actual experts.
You can block me that’s fine, you’re not the first, won’t be the last, for the record I’ve never let someone rattle me so bad that I’ve felt the need to block them, not even ol’ boy maverick

Asking for the game to be dumbed down is the reason the game is in its current state and shows the descent we’ve been going through to participation trophy levels

Also, I don’t need to know you to read your comments to other people anybody who’s read that thread where someone suggested top level players should have more of an influence over the higher levels of the game can see the disdain you have for those players

Mine's not a gameplay thing, and it's so petty it says more about me than the game, but it drives me crazy the extra screens you need to click through. Like loading up the game, you have to press a button to skip the video, then you gotta hit Options (of all things) to get past that useless Bryce Harper screen then you gotta hit another button to get past the daily reward thing. You can't just turn it on, walk away to crack a beer, come back and start playing. Also, when you load a 'competitive' game, I don't understand the screen telling you that pitcher selection will be randomised so hit X ... yes, I know its randomised, I have no option ... so why not just do it, why make me press through another screen?!?!
I'm new to the game (19 is my first go at it, and I love it overall), and fairly new to baseball; so I may be missing the point on a few things. Either way, I'm really excited for 20 to come out. -

Getting thrown out at first way too often on base hits to right field.
This makes me angry the most! Beautiful line drive to RF and Ichiro guns out a guy with 75 speed... like wtf!!!
