99 ovr l real players?

Looking through my players to make a lineup and saw that there is a series listed as 99 ovr real players list, hadnt noticed it before but is it a potential new card series or is it where they put the 99 players cards that are only for the pro players that played In the tournament?

Not sure this means much but has to count for something. But on the show nation website if I goto inventory it shows a 99 no bichette.
