I have both, and prefer Jones. Jones plays better defense, and mashes for me!
Gorman has been not so good. 99 ab's .198 avg, 4 hr. Plays decent defense at 1b

I just can't hit with Gorman. I get a few lucky home runs with him but overall I'm not great with him. I do see people who absolutely mash with him though.
