Have you completed conquest for the second inning? If so then no. But you can get stars for Collections and any player programs from that inning. (Posada etc)

You're gonna have to finish conquest. All stars earned from playing go to the third inning program now

If you never completed 2nd inning program then complete it and you will get those dedicated program points, but you need to complete it all. The 1 star you get for three in innings completed will go to 3rd inning program though

No you will have to complete it. Stars for single games are going to the 3rd inning program now.
