Slow attributes gains

Why does is take so long for you to raise your attributes. Like i only get training once a month, maybe twice.

Im pitching so i get the small gains from there, but [censored] this takes a long time.

When they started the archetypes and caps BS it was intended to have you not be able to become the super star right away like you could before under the point system. You will probably never 99 on all attributes in your whole career. That was the intent of SDS.
