Anyone use sig Glavine yet?

9 IP, 3Ks, 2 hit allowed I think but tossed a shutout. I can't pull up my history, the site isn't working. Great mix of movement and pitch velo, in that you will get a lot of pop ups and grounders. I don't see him striking out 10 guys a game.
This was in WC, I should say, though now I'm in DS, hopefully I can try him on HOF.

Here's the sinker/2sm issue: they should have the same type of release out of the hand...you know...like a freaking fastball.

Not a slider
Not any other off speed
Like a fastballHere's what they should do:
4 seam FB: slight horizontal run based on pitcher's break
2 seam FB: moderate horizontal run and vertical drop based on pitcher's break
sinker FB: slight horizontal run and moderate+ vertical drop based on pitcher's breakThey should all look the same out of the hand.

Yea what do I know pitching at a top 10 program and throwing only 2-seamers and sinkers my entire pitching career. Thanks for your input.

Kinda true though. When our parents told us we could be anything we wanted to be in the future, they weren’t exactly lying. That’s what the internet is for

I haven't used him yet, but it doesn't matter. The pitching is such garbage this year that he'll end up getting lit up just like every pitcher in this game does despite their attributes.
I mean, you might pitch a good game here and there depending on your opponent. But his ERA should be telling over the long haul.
