I am so confused this year. I've made WS before, but this year I am perpetually 3 games or so over .500.
One game, I'll be smacking the ball around with authority or at least making hard contact and line outs. The next game, it's like I'm swinging under water and there's good timing but a hole in my bad.
My question is this, is this because of difficulty or connection? I really can't figure it out and it's so frustrating.

You play on a tv or a monitor?
Im having the same issue man. I cant hit for [censored] this year, and i am striking out a ton. Idk what they did, but however they adjusted it, whether they increased pitch speed, lowered the timing window, adjusted the sensitivity of the pci, or a combo of all, i cant do anything and it’s no fun. Ive never made ws before, but i hd always been close. The game was always fun, but it isnt at all this year.
And i play on a tv. You shouldnt have to go out of you way to buy a computer monitor to play a [censored] game.
Guys, I use a 5ms monitor. It’s so inconsistent I don’t understand it.
Could it be my connection? I’m only at 12mbps down and upload is worse. Unfortunately island life has its drawbacks.
Same boat man. I made World Series last year a few times and I’ve come really close this season (got to 895) but ever since the last patch my batting average has dropped like 30 points. Idk if anything was changed but it feels like good/goods and good/squared up are hit with wet noodles.it feels like I need a perfect hit just to get a single
Just sharing my limited experience in case it saves you money. I went from a 2019 samsung 60'' and bought a sceptre ultra wide gaming monitor. I did it about half way through the show 20... for me personally, my online stats have not seen any significant improvement even with improved players. I love the monitor for work because it is basically two screens, but for game play, i haven't noticed much myself. I don't think its timing for me, its just my hitting ability.
