Force out is a minus?

I was forced out and tagged between bases and got double minus base aggression. What am supposed to do? why am i getting dinged?

Being penalized for stuff behind your control, and asked to do stuff( sac bunt with guy 85+pwr, or steal with a 50 spd guy against the best catcher in the game)and in trouble or benched for not doing it is why I stopped playing rtts 2 years ago.and won't go back to it as long as it's like that.
