Gamble paid off!

It's taken me two MLB the Show cycles (18 & 19) to finally understand how to make stubs in the market. I invested about 300k into the market, which brought my stub total down to 125k. I then had to sit on my investments for a few weeks, but yesterday I finally cashed out at 605k (minus the 125k and my return was 180k)!
I then splurged on some players to make a run in Ranked Seasons as I sit at 740. Welcome to the team Mike Trout, Chipper Jones, Shane Victorino, and Aroldis Chapman! Now I sit with 93k stubs in my account lol

Nice work. I've done the same with roughly 50k, hoping to come out with around 200k.
-
how many hours did that take you? Did you just focus on expensive players so less transactions?
-
any tips on how to invest or whats best to becasue i sit at 59k stubs and am looking to get cole and do a few exchanges.

I have 262k stubs. I’m terrible at predicting the market and flipping. But I’ve always heard of people being able to flip like crazy with the stubs I have.

Who asked lolol

I invest in common to rare cards.

I become an expert at turning 300k into no stubs really fast. Subscribe to my YouTube channel to learn more.
Congrats OP sounds like you’ll have Ole Mickey banging out good okays in no time.

Should never tell anyone what you invest in should never tell anyone what exactly you did because you will then ruin it for yourself and anyone else also doing it an then nobody will be able to flip an make a profit ever again...just please keep it to yourself

@MLBTHEJOE same boat as you. I’ve been sitting on the stubs awhile but refuse to buy packs. With these stubs sitting idle so long I feel tempted to pick and chose players on the market. Sell back for little loss if needed then to wait out another month or so until I have enough for collections finished
-
When packs like the prospect 1/2/3 packs are made readily available, like they were for Program 2 via Conquest, prices of the lower end cards plummet. People will sell them on the market for 5,000 stub, not knowing about the quick sell. I bought 60 of them for 5,000 each. After a few weeks, the market corrected itself and the buy price hovered at about 7,400 stubs. I made a profit of approximately 100,000 stubs. Easy peasy.

Yes, that’s probably what I’ll do. I didn’t finish the live series collection in MLB 19 until the beginning of December. Took 1.2 Million stubs. And it was also the 1st time I ever completed the live series collection. & NOT BUYING PACKS was the MOST IMPORTANT thing in accomplishing that. SDS does hand out a nice amount of stubs to us no money spent players/ including FREE PACKS. Wish I could be one of these market geniuses so I could have a S ton of stubs and finish the collections in a few weeks time but oh well...

I don't understand how to make that much. A good day for me is like 2K. Obviously, I must be missing something. I have 66K and want double it somehow. I know I would never give anything away if I was making that much but Im sure Im close, that's my guess anyway
