Timing has seemed off for quite a while this year. I think it's the timing windows but no one will be able to tell you if that is really the case (And the people who can, SDS, aren't going to say it). I've also had cases where the PCI placement is really suspect. Like, literally, there are times where I feel I'm moving it and it's not showing as moved much or at all in the feedback. I mean, I've been OK with PCI movement in the past but this year there just seems like a lot of cases where its stuck in the middle.
Also, does anyone else like the fact that being early on a pitch raises your PCI and being late drops it? I don't, personally.
This also makes me wonder, is it the feedback that is messed up? I mean, if we're hitting one way but getting messed up feedback that shows something else, that could be where our issues lie.

While we’re here, is timing different in MLB parks? 6 hitters I’ve popped up 4 pitches. Like on the infield pop up. Looks good initially, then k zone is showing my PCI under it.

You have more lag in MLB stadiums because of the crowds, that’s why everyone good at the game plays in minor league parks, no crowds. I’d like to play in MLB stadiums online but the game plays so different and puts you and your opponent at a disadvantage. I said once we had these problems with MLB parks to get rid of the crowds or make them generic again. Just another broken part of the game that hasn’t had any attention.

Man, I didn't think anything about the stadiums being the reason my timing is off at times. Having to load larger crowds, background animations, etc. Makes sense.

I never play in mlb stadiums if I can help it., I hate when I have to online. It definitely seems to play a little bit differently when you are in one, in regards to timing windows.

Remember each player has a different swing and that has an effect on how and where they make contact with the ball. Some players window is early and some players have later windows. Find players you rake with and ignore the stats/ratings is my best advice.
