Bunt cheesing

Can we please stop or get a patch this is terrible . I don’t want bunting nerfed to how it was in 19 and 18 but I don’t want it like [censored] 15 and 16 . Like there is no way you should get 8 bunt hits a game no matter how I do my defense . I’m losing HOF games because people are murdering me with bunt cheese. Like how toxic are y’all. “That’s baseball” nah like please get Tim Anderson or Dee Gordon to consistently buy 98-102 or 22 inch break slurves/sliders put the zone down the line. Like is this patch ever gonna come or do I just play through this toxic mess which is nothing but sweats 700-900...

People are bunt cheesing above 700? Wow. That says a lot. I guess not many people can hit consistently on HOF.

If people could hit they wouldn't resort to bunt cheese.

I haven’t had this happen above 700 myself, but in events and br it’s impossible to stop it with speed guys unless you put on bunt defense. They can lay down perfect bunts no matter where the balls pitched. I agree it needs to be fixed and when people figure out an exploit they’ll continue using it.

I've had it happen pretty much every 3-4 games above 700 and I can think of at least 4 losses that were purely on bunt cheesing around the bases. Whenever I see a lineup above 700 and only see high speed players I throw my controller and just get ready for the L.

I did after the second one to corners in for the whole lineup no matter where I threw it , it went to the magical spot

Changing defense doesnt stop/prevent bunt cheese, especially with the fielding issues. If the ball is bunted (with bunt defense on) two fielders will try for the ball and and no one will be covering the base, especially if its bunted in between 1st and 2nd.
