Is there a card you’ve used in a BR run or a showdown run that changed your opinion on owning it? I just finished a AL West showdown and I had the 99 springer. Was 99% sure prior to it that I was gonna pick 99 Thames with my prestige pick but after using Springer he might be an easy pick for me now. Anybody else had this happen?

Face of the Franchise Matt Olson
I was set on getting FotF Josh Bell because he was so good for me last year (but they modified his swing this year) but after using Olson, I knew who my 1B was going to be.

Olson is beast! Currently grinding AL west showdowns for him and Ohtani. You know Olson is good when you play god squads with Mantle in RS and they have Olson at first.

That's the thing, man... if I could have any 1B-eligible card released right now, I'm not sure I'd take them over Olson. It looks like he shouldn't hit lefties, but he does. I think the only 1B I might use over him is that Prestige 99 OVR Eric Thames.
