Do you get 10% taxed for quick selling diamonds and so forth. I'm mainly talking about diamond looking at cards like Trout where after putting a sell order, your making less than the sell now.

Yes there is a 10% tax on both buy and sell options that doesn't ever change. If your talking about just quick selling though for 5k price then you get 5k,

There is no tax on Quick Sell. You get exactly the amount listed. This goes a long way in setting the price thresholds you commonly see in community market. No matter how bad a gold card is, it's worth quicksell price+10% minimum.
